Laroche collects only the information needed to operate the collection, provide requested updates and administer reservations and orders.

1. Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, optional mobile number, pen interest, consent choices, reservation and order details, shipping and billing information, customer-support correspondence, and basic website and device information.

2. How we use it

We use this information to provide launch reminders you request, administer reservations and orders, process payments and refunds, provide customer support, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations, and improve the Laroche website and launch experience.

3. Email and SMS choices

Email and SMS are separate choices. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any message. If you expressly opt into SMS, you may reply STOP to opt out. Message and data rates may apply. Withdrawing marketing consent does not prevent necessary transactional messages about an existing reservation or order.

4. Service providers

We use service providers including Shopify for customer records, checkout, orders and payments; Vercel for website hosting; Neon for secure signup records; and Namecheap Private Email for business communications. If you reserve access to a planned Kickstarter campaign, we may use the email associated with your reservation to match and administer the stated benefit. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

5. Cookies and analytics

The site may use necessary technologies for security and commerce. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are used only in accordance with the privacy choices presented on the site. You can revisit those choices through the privacy controls when available.

6. Retention and safeguards

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
